Quality Engineer Machine department

Job Summary
Ensure a high level of quality on the material tested for acceptance and product / semi-finished manufactured in the plant of expertise, working closely with all internal and external suppliers or functions (especially Material Planner, R&D)
Main responsabilities and activities
· Management of measuring instruments
· Work with the team during the development stages of new product
· Audit of supplier quality system and their process controls and product
· Definition / maintenance control cycles for incoming materials and internal departments
· Education and support personnel for the control of incoming materials
· Management of the NC input and complaints related to suppliers
· Collaborate with Quality colleagues for the management of the NC recognized in production / acceptance
· Definition of reference samples and management of the same with external suppliers
· Monitoring and reporting on new components or change supplier
· Definition of the control arrangements and necessary equipment (instruments and Dime)
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience Required/Technical Skills
· Mechanical engineer or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Sufficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Knowledge of data analysis tools (i.e. EXCEL)
· Knowledge of ERP systems and management systems Quality
· Excellent relational predisposition and ability to work in teams
· Knowledge of reading technical drawings
· Knowledge of the use of the main measuring instruments
· Preferred qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in operations, particularly in areas focused on continuous improvement (KPO), process engineering and / or product quality.
