Role Summary:

The Supply Chain Planner's mission is delivering the best service level to internal and external customers, keeping inventory level under control.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day planning activities by managing interface with plants/suppliers and other company’s departments;
• Monitor Stock Constraints/ stockout, evaluating root cause analysis to find corrective actions;
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review; purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues;
• Monitor weekly and monthly production plans with production planners, prioritizing customer orders;
• Set and review Stock Levels for selected Brands/Categories;
• Use SC planning tool to monitor the stock level for owned brand, rebalancing future distribution plans to meet forecast changes;
• Review and ensure replenishment of other intercompany’ warehouses;
• Work with internal customers to identify opportunities to optimize inventory & service levels; monitor service levels to customers;
• Work with product marketing and R&D within the product development process by ensuring stock availability in line with the business case;
• Optimize inventory and service levels and provide monthly recommendations to Sr. Manager;
• Ad hoc reporting.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Economics / Management Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Planning;
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications: high skill level in Excel. Knowledge of Access is a plus;
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems. Knowledge of M3-Infor is a plus;
• Familiar with planning software tools. Knowledge of SO99+ is a plus;
• Familiar with BI systems. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is a plus;
• Ability to interface with internal customers in a professional and ethical manner; good written and verbal communication skills;
• Time management skills;
• Self-motivated and organized, flexible and willing to learn proactively;
• English fluent.
