Position Summary

Videndum is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our U.S. locations. This role will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple U.S. locations.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.

• Create and manage job requisitions in TeamTailor.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews.

• Provide candidate recommendations and timely feedback to hiring managers.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure all applicants receive timely disposition and follow-up communications.

• Support recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including manufacturing, operations, professional, finance and corporate roles preferred.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems; TeamTailor experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual interview platforms.

Contract Details

• Six to Nine-month fixed term assignment.

• Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on hiring volume.
