Role Summary:
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and optimizing inbound logistics, inventory management, and third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient product flow and high service levels. This role supports supply chain activities through shipment tracking, inventory accuracy, ERP data maintenance, KPI reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting customer satisfaction, controlling logistics costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Your day-to-day might include:
Inbound flow coordination: monitor and logging of daily shipment invoices from internal/external suppliers, monitor arrival dates vs plan and maintain the MRP consequently, share and agree containers drop off schedule with 3PL.
Reports to Supply Chain manager for support on daily activities.
Daily support to Customer Service, Sales and logistics providers for issues.
Daily relationship and support to 3PL, customs broker and inbound freight forwarders.
Daily support to Customer Service and Logistics for issues pertaining 3PL Service Claims.
Stock maintenance for 3PL: maintain stock locations aligned to physical inventory, exception management, supervise periodical system to system alignment with 3PL.
Support Supply Chain Manager and 3PL during yearly Stock Take activities.
Logistics Performance reporting (Service Level and KPI measurement): Picking Accuracy, Stock Management Accuracy, Inbound Lead Time.
Review and ensure replenishment of other internal US warehouses.
Maintain SKU Masterfile.
Logistics and planning reports related to stock orderbook.
Cost control and regular reporting over the logistics business.
Logistics Performance reporting (Service Level and KPI measurement): Picking Accuracy, Stock management accuracy, transportation lead time.
Daily support to claims and exceptions management.

What We’re Looking For:
Skills and attitude in managing mass data and their analysis and reporting aptitude.
Knowledge of Office SW (mainly Excel and Access).
Basics of an ERP structure.
Independent, pro-active, service-oriented.
Able to self-organize.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player working within a small team but also able to work alone when required.
Flexible and willing to learn.
Available to work by objectives. Look for results.
English fluent.
Education and Qualifications:
Associate degree required.
BSc/BA in Logistics (preferred) or business administration, supply chain management or relevant field a plus.
Previous Experience in similar position will be appreciated.
