Position Summary
Audix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage and optimize our production schedule for high-quality microphone manufacturing. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support on-time delivery and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and customer orders
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule execution
Monitor material availability and adjust schedules to address constraints
Track and report on schedule attainment and on-time delivery
Lead weekly production planning discussions
Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, routings)
Support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning
Qualifications
5+ years of scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
Preferred
Experience in electronics or audio product manufacturing
APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification
