Role Summary:
Marketing Managers are responsible for planning, executing and optimising global and regional marketing campaigns across one or more Videndum brands within the photographic, content creation and professional video sectors. The role ensures alignment between product marketing, trade marketing, creative, digital, PR and regional sales teams. This position delivers high-impact product launches, promotional campaigns and brand-building activity, supporting revenue and brand-growth objectives across global markets.
Work Location: Cassola, Italy/Hybrid - at least 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days a week working from home (after initial training period) at Cassola.
Your day-to-day might include:
Strategy & Go-to-Market Planning
Work with product marketing managers to develop product strategy into clear, actionable tactical marketing plans.
Align campaign activity with global product strategy, business objectives and regional sales targets.
Support product lifecycle marketing through coordinated planning with product, marketing and sales teams.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and execute integrated product launch, brand and promotional campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.
Ensure brand consistency and clear messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Work with creative, content and digital teams to deliver campaign assets including video, imagery, editorial content, webinars and testimonials.
Revenue & Margin
Support revenue and margin delivery through strategic, data-informed campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and adapt activity in response to results, competitor actions and market shifts.
Customer & Market Intimacy
Gather insights from customers, ambassadors, social channels and competitors to feed into campaign development.
Provide relevant insights to product marketing and product management for roadmap and strategic planning.
Brand Ambassador Program
Manage and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors.
Facilitate authentic campaign content and feedback that supports product positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Trade Shows & Events
Attend global industry events and trade shows in support of brand visibility, product launches and campaign initiatives.
Ensure the brands are represented professionally and consistently.
Social Media & Community Engagement
Collaborate with the digital team to drive campaign reach and engagement across the most effective platforms.
Use Brandwatch to monitor sentiment, track conversations and gather insights that enhance campaign direction and optimisation.
Ensure social content aligns with campaign messaging.
Media Planning
Develop media plans across organic and paid channels.
Brief the media buying team with campaign objectives, target audiences and messaging requirements.
Campaign Reporting & Optimisation
Track, measure and analyse campaign performance metrics.
Provide reporting and actionable insights to the marketing campaigns & communications leadership team.
Apply learnings to optimise future marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product marketing, creative services, digital marketing, PR, trade marketing and regional sales teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery of marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management or product marketing.
Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for campaign optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience managing brand ambassador or influencer relationships.
Comfortable working with global teams in multiple time zones.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a multi-brand environment.
Additional language skills.
Strong technical aptitude.
Education and Qualifications:
Practical experience and applied marketing skills are more important than specific academic credentials.
Training or professional development in marketing is a plus.
