Job summary:
He/she will responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring within an advanced manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include implementing KPIs, managing standard costs, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and supporting decision-making through financial insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a complex, multinational environment.
Work Location: Cassola (VI)
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Support local country planning teams, providing guidelines and analytical support to achieve target service levels, stock optimization, and appropriate Days on Hand by product.
Collaborate with Planning teams to ensure full demand visibility at Regional level, enabling Supply Chain alignment and optimal service levels for internal and external customers.
Perform sales analysis and maintain continuous feedback with the Sales Director and Sales Teams to validate and shape sales forecasts and demand profiles.
Translate sales forecasts into expected order volumes; monitor actual order intake and analyze variances versus plan.
Monitor customer portfolio performance, including order intake, turnover, and demand trends.
Drive and coordinate SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) actions in collaboration with Sales.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to support product availability, improve order fulfillment, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Budget/RF: manage a sales/purchase and stock budget with the relevant impact into local stock profile and spoke service level target; work with Finance and Planning accordingly.
Qualifications:
Economics, Technical or Logistic & Supply chain degree
Team player working within a small team but also able to work alone when required
Self-motivated, flexible and willing to learn
5-10 years’ experience in regional planning
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive working relationship
Independent, pro-active, service-oriented
Able to self-organize. Independent in goals’ reaching
Skills and attitude in managing mass data and their analysis
Knowledge of Office SW (mainly Excel and Access
Good reporting attitude
Available to work by objectives. Look for results. Analysis and implementation attitude.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills
English fluent, second European language preferred
