Role Summary:
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising global and regional marketing campaigns across one or more Videndum brands within the photographic, content creation and professional video sectors. The role ensures alignment between product marketing, trade marketing, creative, digital, PR and regional sales teams. You’ll deliver high-impact product launches, promotional campaigns and brand-building activity, supporting revenue and brand-growth objectives across global markets.
Work Location: Bury St Edmunds/Hybrid - 3 days a week (after initial training period) in the office at Bury St. Edmunds.
Your day-to-day might include:
Plan and deliver global and regional marketing campaigns across one or more Videndum brands, spanning product launches, promotions and brand activity.
Translate global product and business strategy into clear, actionable go-to-market and campaign plans aligned with regional sales priorities.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, media and events, ensuring consistent messaging and brand execution across all customer touchpoints.
Work closely with product marketing, creative, digital, PR, trade marketing and regional sales teams to ensure aligned planning and delivery.
Use customer, market and performance insights to inform campaign direction, optimise activity and feed learnings back into future planning.
Support revenue and margin objectives through data-informed campaign execution and ongoing optimisation.
Contribute to brand visibility through ambassador programmes, media planning and attendance at key industry events and trade shows.
Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights to marketing leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management or product marketing.
Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for campaign optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience managing brand ambassador or influencer relationships.
Comfortable working with global teams in multiple time zones.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams.
Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a multi-brand environment.
Additional language skills.
Strong technical aptitude.
Education and Qualifications:
Practical experience and applied marketing skills are more important than specific academic credentials.
Training or professional development in marketing is a plus.
