The Role
Own the strategy and execution of innovative inbound and outbound programs that energize pipeline and accelerate conversion. Your mission: deliver a steady stream of high-value opportunities that propel Teradek to (and beyond) its annual operating goals. In close partnership with the divisional marketing team, localize, run, and optimize go-to-market plans aligned to demand gen, brand, and product objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B marketing with localized, multi-channel demand strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales on integrated campaigns, events, and webinars to drive acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Build GTM strategies for new segments, strengthening brand presence and category credibility.
- Oversee content planning, creation, and localization across channels; ensure brand, message, and compliance alignment.
- Measure and improve ROI and funnel performance using clear KPIs and business impact analyses.
- Manage the Live marketing budget, prioritizing investments by strategic value and performance insights.
- Regularly present marketing performance, forecasts, and strategy to executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations to help shape company direction.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape positioning and campaign strategy, transforming insights into actionable initiatives that drive product adoption and grow market share.
- Directs internal and outsourced staff to produce advertising and product support materials. Evaluates and approves ideas, layouts, copy, and designs proposals to support the Marketing Plan.
Requirements
- 10+ years in commercial B2B marketing (SaaS, Media & Entertainment tech, or complex technical markets with longer sales cycles).
- 7+ years leading teams or direct reports.
- Proven experience localizing, translating, and optimizing global campaigns for regional markets, plus creating bespoke local programs.
- Strong track record producing digital and customer-facing content; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and channel partners to hit shared targets.
- Experience building and running partner marketing and co-marketing programs.
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency with marketing tech and automation (Pardot, Salesforce), digital analytics, and programmatic platforms.
- Evidence of effective demand generation across earned (SEO, content, email, thought leadership), paid (PPC, sponsorships, social), and owned (web, webinars, podcasts) channels.
- Analytical, with strong reasoning, attention to detail, and project management skills; able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills relevant to the role, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
