Role Summary:
Responsible for stock replenishment of UK warehouse, through working closely with operations, sales and marketing in identifying problems and developing recommendations. Build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Customer Service, Planning and Logistics, Customs, Product Suppliers Customer Service, Freight and Logistic Suppliers externally.
Work Location: Bury St Edmunds/Hybrid - 3 days a week (after initial training period) in the office at Bury St. Edmunds.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Secure the stock needed for of finished goods to support local UK sales and distribution across all brands
- Maintain strong working relationships and communications with key contacts within the supply chain in Bassano (Italy)
- Create distribution orders (DO’s) and monitor open purchase orders to ensure OTD (on time delivery) is met
- Proactively report finished goods availability issues and coordinate inventory planning/replenishment of all finished goods
- Input and analyse system planning data to ensure SO99+ is effectively planning future requirements
- Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase-outs
- Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with Supply Planning
- Work with Customer Service (local and central teams) in order to provide the best support on product availability and customer satisfaction, analysing the service level provided to the customers
- • Work with internal customers to identify opportunities to optimize inventory & service levels; monitor service levels to customers
• Monitor local working capital, obsolescence and slow moving items to share with management possible corrective actions to improve stock status
• Ad hoc reporting.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- 5+ years experience in SCM and or/product procurement
- Independent, proactive, service-oriented
- Able to self-organize. Independent in goals’ reaching.
- Skills and attitude in managing mass data and analysis
- Knowledge of Office (mainly Excel and Access)
- Good knowledge of an ERP (M3)
- Good reporting attitude
- Available to work by objectives. Look for results. Analysis and implementation attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
